Employing our customized measurement and improvement services, we have assisted educational organizations in market analysis, student and faculty surveys, stakeholder surveys, and organizational change initiatives.

- Developed an internal information exchange system to direct callers to the right part of the organization.
- Determined (via a survey of high school principals) which information-based services are of the most use and how to best deliver timely information.
- Developed an annual survey to assess satisfaction with the Federal Student Aid Loan Service.
Stanford University Graduate School of Business
- Strategically assessed the value of curriculum components of the MBA program via interviews with recent graduates, corporate recruiters, and Fortune 500 CEOs.
- Developed a career tracking system for the Career Development Center.
- Determined priorities of prospective Stanford Executive Education program participants using the Net Impression® process. Data was used to help frame the multi-million dollar Charles Schwab Executive Education Center.
- Conducted student and stakeholder interviews to help frame the curriculum and outreach activities for the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies.
