Pacific Consulting Group Awarded 14 IRS Customer Satisfaction Surveys for 2007
Palo Alto, CA—January 2007—After having to compete with other consulting firms this year for the 2007 contracts to manage the IRS’s Customer Satisfaction Surveys, PCG was once again awarded fourteen of the fifteen contracts. PCG has been awarded these contracts since 1998, and although the firm had to compete for them this year, they were still selected by the IRS to be the agency’s chief customer satisfaction consultant.
The IRS continues to benefit from PCG’s commitment to innovation, their knowledge about the IRS’s business, and the fact that they remain cost competitive. As a result, the IRS feels PCG delivers the best value. PCG finds ways to keep the surveys up-to-date and actionable in terms of the questions asked, the analysis, and the methods used to present the results.
Moving forward, PCG will continue their partnership with the IRS to measure and drive improvement in customer satisfaction. PCG will continue to meet a wide range of goals across all IRS divisions by surveying the agency’s external customers, tracking customer satisfaction progress over time, and facilitating action planning and improvement projects. Furthermore, PCG will continue their successful use of their proprietary Net Impression® process to identify the key operational improvements that will be the most beneficial towards increasing the IRS’s customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
