Our Net Impression® approach can help you create a customer-driven culture that measures and increases employee satisfaction.
With Employee Net Impression®, PCG will:
- Develop, Administer, Analyze, and Report on employee satisfaction surveys.
- Create a Customer Contribution Employee Survey to help you determine where to concentrate your efforts in order to enhance employee capability and motivation. This type of survey identifies what employees need to feel supported in their efforts to provide excellent customer service. The survey differs from other employee satisfaction surveys in two ways:
- It focuses on the primary goal that businesses and employees have in common: serving customers.
- It explicitly incorporates a wide range of capability factors that employees repeatedly say matter but are not normally included on a climate survey.
- Build a customer-driven culture that maximizes employee contribution. By turning the traditional organizational chart upside down, PCG will partner with you to create an environment where people are motivated to contribute to the customer.
